Link Apartments® Innovation Quarter requires all residents to obtain renter's insurance for a minimum of $100,000 of liability coverage and list our community as additional interested party. Please ask us about our partner, MFIP, for all your renter's insurance needs!
Our Link Apartments® Team is dedicated to ensuring your move in is smooth and stress free! Part of that process is making sure your home is move-in ready by freshening your home with a fresh coat of paint, hiring our professional cleaners to sparkle and clean every inch, and our Link Apartments® Service Team performing our own Link Apartments® quality control checklist!
We provide covered parking in our Link Apartments® Innovation Quarter parking deck! Parking provides direct access to your new apartment home. Please ask your Link Apartments® Team member for more details on pricing during your tour.
All of our apartments come with full size washer and dryers in your new home!
Downtown Winston-Salem provides several local shopping opportunities and restaurants, many within walking distance! Our Link Apartments® residents find their local grocery store a short drive away, only 4 miles!
Our residents are allowed to make their home their own with paint, curtains, and artwork! We do ask that the apartment be painted back to its' original color before move out. *Charges will apply without original paint being restored at move out.
Our Link Apartments® Service Team is available to assist you! For a quick and easy resource, download our Link Apartments® app on your smart device, enter your service request and wait for our team to call you regarding an appointment and best time of entry! Your Link Apartments® home is our priority, we strive to complete all service requests in 24 hours and will let you know if that is not possible! *Our Link Apartments® Team values your safety during this time. Our team will be wearing proper PPE upon entry and practice safe social distancing!
We love our Link Apartments® four legged residents! Our community allows for 2 pets per home for a monthly $10 per pet rent and also a one time fee up to $350. *Breed restrictions do apply, please ask your Link Apartments® team member for more details.
Our community follows local Winston-Salem noise ordinances with quiet hours beginning at 10pm. Our Link Apartments® Clubroom is available for reservation for our valued residents! Download the Link Apartments® app for easy convenient reservation capabilities!
Link Apartments® Innovation Quarter does not include utilties in the monthly rent. Utilities include electric, water/sewage and cable/internet. More details are provided at the time of application.
Uh oh! Maintenance emergency?!? Our Link Apartments® Service Team is on call 24/7 for emergency needs and can be reached by our office number (336-777-0014) and following all prompts. *Maintenance emergencies are limited and a list can be found on your resident portal via the Link Apartments® app)
