The apartment complex is great! The staff take the time to get to know their residents. They know my name and my dog's name. They definitely care about the people living there. I have made many friends in the apartment complex. There are people of all ages that live here. The location is amazing and walking distance to everything downtown. And the amenities beat every other apartment complex in the downtown area. Nowhere else can compare.

Where do I even start to explain how impressed I am with not only the actual apartments themselves, but also everyone who works here! From day one, everyone in the office was nothing but helpful and accommodating. Let’s just also all take a moment to remember real quick about the location too! What else could you ask for in a place!? I’m happy to say I don’t think I’ll need to worry about moving again any time soon because I don’t see how it can get much better!

Link Apartments in Innovation Quarter is the place to be in Downtown Winston-Salem! Not only are the apartments and amenities great, but the management works extremely hard to put on fun community events and give back to the residents. Everyone is so friendly and pet-friendly as well!

Very clean facility great customer service from leasing and the maintenance team! Always smiling and they go out of their way to make you feel at home! Outstanding apartment and move in experience. The staff were fabulous. The location is great with bike trails, shops and restaurants all nearby.
